We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for a Computer Repair & Service tech.

The Job

• In house computer service & repair work
• Onsite computer service & repair work
• Warranty repair work
• Applying IT skills/knowledge in Network environments at client sites

The Person

The ideal candidate will be an experienced technician with at least 2 years of computer repair experience, preferably with some tertiary or vendor training. A personal desire to keep up with technology and strong customer communication skills will also be an advantage.

The successful applicant should possess –

• Good IT skills and networking knowledge
• Experience in both hardware repair & software setup
• Strong ability to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical problems
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Neat personal presentation and be well organised
• Current manual drivers license
• Honesty, enthusiasm & reliability
• Microsoft certification would preferred however not essential
