We are looking to expand our dynamic team and are seeking a motivated MSP Help Desk team member.

About the Role

• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of client IT systems
• Technical support and assistance to our clients
• Managing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution
• Documentation of issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Applying IT skills/knowledge in Network environments at client sites

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced MSP technician with at least 2 years experience, preferably with Microsoft certification. A personal desire to keep up with technology and strong customer communication skills will also be an advantage.

Skills we are looking for

• Great IT skills and networking knowledge
• Proven Experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment
• Strong diagnostic and trouble-shoot skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current manual drivers license
• Honesty, enthusiasm & reliability
• Microsoft certification is preferred
